Mesa Wood Ltd. was started over 44 years ago by John & Marcia Stavovy as a small custom home building company in Washington, PA. They built one home that first year but worked hard to create one of the finest custom home building companies in the area. Working as a family-owned and operated fully custom home building company, it only made sense for the next generation to take over one day. In 2014, their daughter, Andrea Henley, became president and designer of Mesa Wood Ltd. A few years later, their daughter Hilary joined the team. After building hundreds of custom homes over the years, Mesa Wood Ltd. is still the family business it was when it started years ago, and we hope that we can continue to build dream homes for the families in our area for just as many years to come.

President & Lead Designer
Andrea Stavovy Henley has been President and Lead Designer at Mesa Wood Ltd. for over 9 years. Graduating with a Business Degree from Robert Morris University, Andrea went on to train in CADD and custom home design. She has been working in the drafting and design field for over 16 years. Andrea’s parents, Marcia & John Stavovy, started Mesa Wood Ltd. over 44 years ago, and when it came time for them to retire, Andrea was their first choice to take over the company. Andrea not only runs the company but also works closely with customers to custom design and draw their new home from the ground up. She also oversees all estimating, pricing, and specifications to ensure that every customer’s dream home becomes a reality. Andrea shares her home with her husband, Jerry, and three children, August, Alice, and Archer, as well as their chocolate lab, Coco.
